By booking a service with us, you confirm the following:

I understand and accept that under no circumstances will Care and Cuddles Pet Services, or its employees and representatives, be liable for any injury, illness, damage or death that occurs, financial or otherwise. I understand that this is including but not limited to, theft or damage to my property or its contents, theft or damage to access keys, missing or injured pets. I assume full responsibility for harm or damage caused by my pet while in the care of Care and Cuddles Pet Services, financial or otherwise. 
 
I further understand that Care and Cuddles Pet Services will treat the safety, health and wellbeing of my pet as a priority, and I authorise them to provide any medical care they deem necessary in the event of an accident, including the help of a veterinary practice. I assume full responsibility for any expenses and fees incurred, either by a veterinary practice or by Care and Cuddles Pet Services, in regards to the behaviour and health of my pet.
 
I agree to allow Care and Cuddles Pet Services to take photographs or videos of my pet, and I agree to release all photos taken so that they may be used in any form of publication or promotion.

 

Care and Cuddles Pet Services will keep all personal information confidential. Any keys provided by you for access to your property will be kept in a secure location. 

Our initial consultations are free of charge. The total price of the services you require will be confirmed at your initial consultation. 

A cancellation notice must be given within 72 hours, or a cancellation fee may be incurred. 

Please note, we take payment by bank transfer or cash only. Any services must be paid for by the agreed date, as confirmed at your initial consultation, or an administration fee may occur.
